Junior Project Manager

Full-time

Sacertis Engineering, a leading company in the field of diagnostics and structural monitoring with offices in Turin, Agrate, and Rome, is looking for a professional with skills in project planning and management to join the Project Management function.

The role of this position will be to manage multiple contracts simultaneously related to the design of monitoring systems for civil structures and the provision of structural monitoring and diagnostics services. The resources dedicated to the execution of such projects, organized into functional structures, will report, in terms of the projects themselves, to the Head of the Management function, who will be responsible for planning, management, control, and internal and external coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Define plans for the execution of individual projects taking into account the purpose, timing, budget, customer requirements, and internal needs.
  • Anticipate and mitigate possible risks associated with project implementation.
  • Manage the initiation, progress, and closure of projects, ensuring that they remain in line with the purpose, timing, and budget.
  • Act as an interface between the company and the customer. Coordinate internal and external resources involved in project activities.
  • Periodically measure the progress of the work and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure the satisfaction of project requirements.
  • Measure project performance in terms of costs and timing.
  • Produce synthetic reporting related to the managed projects and discuss it with the relevant figures.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Management Engineering or similar.
  • Work experience in project management is preferred.
  • Previous experience in coordinating projects in civil/infrastructure or IT/technology fields is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of the following tools: Microsoft Project, Office Suite.
