Sacertis is proud to take part to the fib Symposium 2023 - building for the future - Durable, Sustainable, Resilient structures. The conference is bringing together in Istanbul professors, engineers, and industry experts in the field of Civil Engineering from around the world.
Sacertis had the great opportunity to promote Structural Health Monitoring within the session 1D04 - Structural monitoring-bridges, of which our colleague Monica Longo was the co-chair.
Dario La Mazza and Monica Longo presented three illustrative papers showcasing the continuous R&D progress of Sacertis in the field of Structural Health Monitoring (SHM):
- “Continuous MEMS SHM systems to support RC bridges retrofitting interventions through an ongoing diagnosis”
- “Full-scale experimental testing on a reinforced bridge RC beam: experimental and SHM results”
- “Laboratory testing and SHM of a prestressed concrete beam under accelerated artificial corrosion and sustained loads”.
